FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF WAHIAWA 2023 PROPERTY AND SPACE BUILDING PROJECT ASSESSMENT CHECKLIST All highlighted have been completed by Dec. 2023. For additional work done, see list below.

CHURCH

Hand railing at the fellowship hall.

Replace gutters at the back Rose st. side

Stage/Altar ceiling crack

Flower room needs cleaning.

Japanese classroom needs cleaning.

Change carpet at the pastor’s office.

Change the carpet center aisle.

Altar hand railing.

Fix altar floor holes.

EDUCATION BUILDING

Painting 3rd floor classroom for youth room wall and floor and finishing the classroom next to it.

Wood repair on the 2nd and 3rd floor stairway walls on the far side of the building.

Roof top leak.

CHURCH GROUNDS

Ask the neighbor to cut the tree by the trash bin area.

PARSONAGE

RING Camera installation

Tangerine tree trimming after the rainy days.

Lychee tree trimming in Summer

Back door jamb replacement (termite)

Trim Hibiscus plant to not touch the house wall.

Cut the pine tree in the front in half.

Out of the 19 projects in 2023, Prop and Space completed 16 during countless hours of workdays and ordinary days (SEE BELOW - highlighted finished)  . In addition, we celebrate the following: 

1. Refresh look (paint) inside the Sanctuary

2. Refresh look (paint) inside the fellowship hall

3. Christmas lights (outside) installed for Christmas season (contractor will remove as soon as he is finished other honolulu projects

4. Floor lights for Christmas concert

5. Powerwash signs

6. Powerwash walkway

7. Clean drain
